There is nothing near by in walking distance. However, the outlet mall is about 8 miles from the hotel. There isn't free breakfast but the restaurant's buffet is really good.

I reserved it for relatives during the holidays. There are plenty of hotels near by. I picked Sheraton because of it's name and thought the quality will be more guaranteed. When I dropped the guests off, I was not impressed. It looks more like a Motel 6 at a Sheraton price. Since we were traveling around, I checked them in and out. One time the room […] door lock doesn't work. One time the hotel wanted to charge us for an addiitonal night even though my husband returned the key and checked out. One day, they didn't clean the room. They claimed that because there were luggages in the room. I guess they never need to clean the room until the guests check out or they only have guests that have no luggages! 詳情

The hottel is five two story buildings around a pool. There are no evelators, so ask for a ground floor room.

I stayed here the night before my wedding and it was fabulous. The service was outstanding and the room was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

One of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. The pillows were dreamy. I didn't want to get out of bed. Had a nightcap at FAZ restaurant and bar. Excellent martini. Nice breakfast buffet.

was fantastic. great location. free parking. great matress and pillows. fantastic jacuzzi....that was very hot! all you could ask for and at a very fair price.

Nice hotel, good atmosphere, resteraunt serves great food, decent a size pool too

Upon arrival we were able to check in if we wanted a room with a king size bed. According to the lady she stated that our reservations showed that I picked a king size bed. I gave her a copy of my reservations through hotels.com and she was surprised to find that we reserved two queens. Not the be customer service oriented person. She would not give my daughter a buffet coupon because we did not register through the club & she claimed that they were not able to see what rate we paid. Again I handed my confirmation reflecting the rate (same rate as al the other team members). I understand not receiving a coupon for the adults but for once child??Common! Better yet beware of room service their documentation calls out for an automatis 18% gratuity...wrong when I received my food they tacted on 20%.....I would recommend this hotel for a few beverages but not much more...service was terrible. 詳情

The room was amazing, well the bed was to die for. I was in heavan sleeping in that bed. The water pressure in teh shower was great, a lot of times you have bad water pressure, but I was really enjoying my shower. We got a king bed and it was very spacious and so comfortable. The room itself was a decent size, plenty of room for my girlfriend and I. […] The breakfast buffet wasn't bad either. We were pleased with the hotel but not with our reservation. We booked 2 queen beds and received a king and a roll away. We were pretty disappointed and will be very cautious of booking online in the future.

Hotel felt and looked old and need upgrades compared with other hotels in the area for a similar or lower rates.

I booked a 2 Queen Bed Room on Hotels.com and said I had 2 adults and 1 child (which I had to pay $25 for as an extra person fee). When I booked it on the site it confirmed I had 2 beds. I got to the hotel and they took my Reservation number and gave me a key to a room. I went in and it was a king. I went back to the desk and the Night Manager was there […] and argued with me for 10 minutes letting me know there were no 2 beds and I booked a king. I showed her the hotels.com confirmation online and it showed 2 beds. Finally after seeing other guests listen in she gave me a 2 bed room that was designated as Handicap which meant no tub. As she gave me the room at 9pm on a friday night she kept telling me to enjoy my handicap room and that she hopes someone doesnt really need it. I told her I would not be back there and would advise people to stay away. When I got to the room the shower area had rust all over the shower bar. I told the front desk and she said thats what I get for taking a "handicap room" Then when it was time to sleep the pillows were so soft my wife and son and I couldnt use them because it was just air. The room wasn't quite what I was expecting based on the pictures supplied. It's actually a little outdated even tho the pictures make it look shiny and new. My carpets were filthy and/or stained but a friend's room was nice and clean (probably should have asked for a different room but didn't want the hassle). 酒店没有电梯，提行李上楼比较麻烦。但是房间设计很简洁，也很干净。离高速公路很近，非常方便前往SFO机场。下次去湾区，还会选择这个酒店，但是希望住在一层。
