"HOT!HOT ANDES"
The hotel has no aircondition units working properly. After my complains, they change my room 4 times in 3 nights that I stay there at this hotel. All the rooms has exacly the same problems; NOT working air conditions and they change the room anyway!! this hotel needs a makeover, old and very expensive riding on reputation but loosing value the minute you walk in the door. freeway view, no shops or restaurants the place was a disappointment.
