1. Not easily accessible to public transport service 2. Not using a real king size bed, they just combined 2 beds together 3. Staffs in the reception were not polite and sincere

So this hotel was very nice 20 years ago. Don't think they have update the rooms in a decade. Still have small box tv's in the room, crust spots on the carpet. I really would expect more from a sheraton. Also charge you for internet, which is absolutely ridiculous. Only reason I would stay here again is to accumulate starwood points. Is close to MRT […] and 10 min walk from orchard, so that is a plus. A total pain to get cabs, most of the time. 詳情

Good access via Hotels.Com. Excellent check in , excellent room quality for money, excellent service during stay, very good food, breakfast probably the best we have seen ( frequent travellers) , room service outstanding . In short very recommendable

Although they said at check in that they were putting me into a lower flor due to upper floor renovation, the noise was so loud that I could not rest or make a business phone call. Room rates should have been highly reduced because of this inconvenience.

Buffet was great, Construction going on around the hotel. Rooms are adequate, but certainly not plush. Conservation of water (keep the same linens) okay with me. AV guy at the conference was the best I have seen in quite a while. Very knowledgeable and basically so efficient you did not even know he was there. I was extremely disappointed with the Sheraton Singapore. My room was gloomy with old carpet, old furniture, and horrible shower. And when I went to the front-desk to ask for a change of room, the staff told me, ".. all our rooms are like that". What a blemish to the Sheraton/Starwood name which I so love.

Staff are very welcoming but the hotel is old. our bathroom door was not working. everything in the room is old and the television set is too small and ancient! Breakfast is great and food in the italian restaurant is great.

The hotel was pretty old and tried. it was ready for facelist...about 5 years ago. Considering this is a Sheraton property and the price, you would expect 4-5 star, not a -3. I was disapointed with the overall condition of the hotel. Staff was nice. I would probably not stay there again.. Furama is much nicer and about the same price. plus location […] is better. 詳情

...but not very exciting as a hotel experience. it's a bit dated/old property, and the immediate surroundings don't offer much in terms of restos or bars or shops. however only a 3-5 min cheap cab ride away from those things. service very good and attentive. pretty good food options in the hotel itself. i'd return for business trip, but not for lei […] sure. 詳情

Very friendly staff, exellent location close to MRT, buses and orchard rd also very close to newton circus.

It is quite walkable to the main market place Orchard Road. There is a proper walk path and beautiful surrounding. Just the next block has Newton MTR if you wish to use the Metro.

Convenient to downtown and excellent entertainment in the lobby bar in evenings.

Extremely disappointed in the lack of Customer Service at the Front Desk. Very unlike the Sheraton service we have been used to all over the world.

　夜行便で朝にホテルに着いて、着替えをしたくて何処でできるかを聞いたところ、5階プール脇の着替え室を使ってくれとのこと。　ただそれだけの情報で、エレベータで5階に行き、着替室をどこか探したが、誰もおらず照明も点いていなかった。　漸く探して､シャワーを浴び着替えを行うことができた。　 　Sheratonグループのメンバーカードをもっていたが、それが新しいものになったとのことで､更新されたものを受け取ったが、私の名前に”Ms."となっていて、あきれる。私は男です。 　タクシースタンドの従業員にタクシーを依頼しに行ったが、プライベートな会話をしていて、こちらに注意も向けず､仕方なくドアボーイに依頼した。 　客への配慮に欠けている感じがした。 　また、場所的にもNewton駅よりも、Dhoby Ghaut […] 駅周辺の方が便利だと感じた。 詳情

This was a nice hotel. Before our trip I would probably have called it great, but after having been to Thailand and Malaysia where better hotels cost a third of the price, I will settle for good. A great thing about the hotel, is that it's right next to a subway station, so getting around is a breeze.

Sheraton Towers ligger kun 10 minutters gang fra hovedstrøget, men koster kun det halve af tilsvarende hoteller dér. Service, komfort, pool og fitnessfaciliteter er i absolut topklasse - eneste minus er restauranterne som dels er uforskammet dyre at besøge, uden at de af den grund byder på særligt høj kvalitet. dér kommer man kun én gang..
