came in for a quick business trip. had no hot water for both days of my shower. no excuse for that. will not recommend or stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Beverly Hills for one night while on business. My criteria for a good hotel are very simple - friendly staff, comfortable room, and a quiet environment. The staff has obviously been well trained. They are all friendly and helpful. I sat in the bar for a while and repeadedly heard out of the ordinary questions from guests that the staff handled with a very CAN DO attitude. Price is off!

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Beverly Hills for 7 nights and it was the worst hotel of our entire trip. We found the staff to be extremely unprofessional and unhelpful, even rude at times. The room was disappointing, and in much need of a re-model. The photos make the rooms look a lot nicer than they are in real life! We asked to pay for a roll away […] bed for 2 nights so that some friends from out of town could stay with us. We arranged it at the reception with a young man behind the desk who said there would be no charge for this and would have it in our room that night. When we returned to the room, there was no bed. Once we contacted the front desk staff, they said they could not fit an extra bed in the room due to fire regulations. So after a few HOURS of debating back and forth, they firmly said there was nothing they could do. They even ACCUSED US OF LYING about arranging the bed! The young man who we spoke to said he had no re-collection of us coming to him earlier that day and asking for a roll-away bed, and said we were making our story up. They had nothing to offer us, after our friends had driven 4 HOURS left with no where to sleep!! They basically said they'd give us extra pillows and blankets so our friends could sleep on the floor. It was the WORST EXPERIENCE I have had in all the times I've stayed in LA. I also had a friend who had stayed at the Crowne Plaza Beverly Hills say the same thing about the rooms being worn, uncomfortable beds and lack of staff service. I would NOT RECOMMEND booking this hotel, you will be highly disappointed!! 詳情

Staff was courteous at the front desk and on the phone when called for assistance with thermostat and for additional coffee. Speaking of which, a one-cup coffee maker? I need two cups myself in the morning, and this was a double room. Additional coffee packets arrived promptly when requested. Food in the lounge and the restaurant was good.

Hotels.com claims there are king size beds. The hotel has no king size beds. Parking is $22 overnight. There is almost no street parking available in the area.

Great customer service. Had fun. Very tuned into there customers, and helped right away.

Great price, clean, would stay again.

No issues to speak of here, the staff are very good and the hotel is in reasonable condition, the bathroom walls sweat because there is limited ventilation during a hot shower but that's not a real issue.

After using hotels.com with this stay it was alot better. you will get the top floor with view and discount parking. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. I would recommend staying here if you like saving a few bucks.

We were moved 3 times in the 1st hour......all the rooms the same....SO WAY UNDER AVERAGE. Not good area and OVER PRICED.

For an affordable, clean, and comfortable, not to mention friendly atmosphere. Close to all surrounding areas you'd like to visit. Just a few blocks from the famous Rodeo Drive (10 minute walk), this is the place to stay if you want to sight see and see what LA has to offer. Our recent stay at your hotel was very pleasant. The singular most important thing that stands out is the friendliness and courtesy that we received at the registration desk when we checked in. The woman behind the desk who just so happens to be Black could not be more helpful. She immediately made us feel welcome and went out of her way to see to it […] that all our needs were being met. In addition to the assistance that we received in checking in we also found that the staff manning the dining facility most friendly. We used the full breakfast buffet and found the food excellent. The staff throughout the hotel was very friendly and appeared to be well trained in customer service. The front desk staff was excellent for both check in and check out.The 12th floor 'club' room was adequate but not the caliber of decor or ambiance that one would expect. The pool area was clean.

This hotel is in a great location but is in a dire need of a redesign and update. Room was large and fairly comfortable but they need to upgrade the look of the space.

The free WiFi was one of the reasons I chose the Crowne Plaza Beverly Hills, along with the great reputation of Crowne Plaza hotels around the world. Don't be fooled - this one is nothing like the others. Also the free WiFi is 512kb. That's right - enough to load two googlemaps pages before you have used it up. Great hotel for business people. Parking is very comfortable and accessible. The rooms are super spacious. Wi-fi is easy and accessible too. The staff is very willing and the business center is a great addition to the stay. My only complaint were the people next door. The hotel was nice. Nothing special, but clean, the staff was friendly, and the people were quiet. The only thing I didnt like was that I had to pay for each and every toiletry that i forgot - i.e. shaving cream, toothpaste, razor, etc. Plus - around a lot of good food, and the street is really quiet so no interrupted sleep.

Shower would not drain. Maintenance responded fairly quickly. Difficult to get consistent hot water. Had to run a long time sometime. Told staff but they were not optimistic they could fix it - and didn't.

We stayed here for six nights recently and thought it would be great as I've been to this hotel in years passed. I was sorely disappointed. They messed up my reservation and although they upgraded the room at no charge they only came to clean twice after I made repeated requests ! That was absolutely gross. I would recommend this hotel for its location and if all you plan on doing is needing a place to sleep and shower. For the price, you should get at least a small continental breakfast or a cup of coffee, but you have to pay extra for all that in their onsite restaurant. Nice location away from Beverly Hills but close enough to walk to coffee shops and stores. A bit noisy at night and early in the morning though. Good fitness equipment, staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice restaurant with reasonably good food. The wait staff was charming and I had dinner there both nights.

FIrst of All i would like to start with the fact that the Hotel charges you 20 dollars to park in their own parking garage. This was a business trip so Internet is crucial to me. The wireless internet was awfully slow that i had to go find a coffee shop to get some decent internet access. The place is pretty old but it has a good location. My sheets […] had some weird smell, the smell that comes out of things that are usually washed on very old machines and little detergent. House keeping is loud as heck, 8 a.m. and you can hear them on the hallway. The hotel provides you with a sleeping mask and ear buds but c'mon ..if you are paying for a room that is supposed to be of good rating i really don't expect to have to place things in my ears to be able to sleep. Last ( biggest issue) i come back home and i find out that they charged me 30 dollars for who knows what. I contacted the hotel directly so that they can explain me the extra charges . but according to the receptionist there is no one available that can take my call. They give me a number to call where i can get questions answered. NO one picks up the phone. I leave my call back information and so far its been 3 days and i haven't heard from anybody yet. Next time i'll just stay at the Marriott across the street which i should have done in the first place. 詳情

I like the location of the hotel and for the dollar amount paid, my expectations were met. I was disappointed in the gym. They built a tiny room with old and outdated machines. The T.V.'s and audio didn't work in the gym either. Additionally, my internet service came in and out and had to call the service desk for their server to be rebooted. Hotel is worn but comfy. Staff is nice and the location is great for access to most of Beverly Hills shopping and dining.

Hotel is a little bit old, but clean and locates in a nice area of LA.

I was surprised by the lack of upkeep in this "Beverly Hills" hotel. The towels were like the thin hard ones from sleepaway camp, the internet slow to a crawl (at 2am!), and the rooms, as if they have not been updated since 1962. The worst part was how my room, and hallway reeked of bacon at 5:30 in the morning.
