  We, whole family, didn't expect the room to be so big since we were told to have only 1 double-bed and a sofa bed for us with 2 children of 11 &14. When we get into the big room with separated bath-tub and shower booth, 2 sinks in the washroom and another sink in the room with toilet, we're quite excited. Later after we saw 2 single beds (we like them more than a double bed) and the sofa bed for 2 people, we're really happy to enjoy the sleep! We can use 2 desk-tops free in the lobby. However, there were insufficient manpowe except one experienced lady receptionist was very helpful. The calling charge's double of the usual rates. The nearest metro was 5'-10' walk from the hotel. When we checked out, we're charged with city tax!

  The location is quite convenience with Metro nearby. Nice service with helpful staff. The room is large and comfortable.

  I bet you won't find any hotel better than this with similar cost. Location: It is just 5 mins walk away from the Brussel Nore station. Staff: All the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Especially when comparing with people in Brussel (quite rude), we just feel like back into heaven when we get back in the hotel.
