"Good service in a typical historical hotel"

The environment is nice in the hotel with friendly and quick response staff. However, there is not much choice of restaurants around, only a bar and a grocery. Still, there are more restaurants in 20 minutes' walk.
The location is good. Quite near the train Baysway station. The staff is helpful. At first, I was offered a room at second floor which is without escalator. Since our lugguage are very heavy and my mum is too old to walk up, the staff changed another room with escalator for me, though that room is a bit far away from the receiption, at least we did not need to climb up and down with the heavy lugguage.

Overlook is good location, clear room and quiet. Enough hot water.
I do not have complaint except 3 points:
1. Can hotel launch permanent WIFI rather than to get password daily from reception? I don't think it is expensive...
2. Can hotel extend check out from 10 am to noon?
3. It would be better to have boiler per room to drink boiled water in room?

Though I stayed 1 night as tranferred from another hotel, I was sick. The hotel manager helped me to arrange doctor visit to my room as his advice there will be long waiting hours ( min 2 hours) in clinic. Doctor arrived within half an hour and extend late check out till 5pm with no extra charges! So that i could rest in room before my flight boarding. Everything was so smooth. Many many thanks!
