  Location near China Town and can walk to The Rock and Darling Harbour in 20 minutes. But the hotel is a bit old without renovation. It hasn't wireless in the room and everyday only has 30 mins free Internet access which is not very convenient.

  The variety & quality of room service hadn't been wide and very good, such as the grilled salmon, fishes, etc.. However, they're not fresh enough though and hadn't got fresh & delicious taste. I thought Novotel also close to the fish market where they could buy the fresh ones for the hotel gueststo enjoy like I were in the seafood restaurants!

  Despite small room size for a 5-star hotel, its location adds credit to itself as it is located in the CBD where major shopping and sightseeing attractions can be reached easily.

  很可惜入住的那個時間點!!游泳池無法使用>< 飯店人員告知游泳池溫度調節器壞了~~~ 當初選擇這間飯店的時候就是想說還有游泳池可以使用~~也是其中這個原因吸引訂房的!!!! 不過很謝謝那天櫃檯的服務人員很親切也很貼心~~是一個馬來西亞華人的服務員~~會說中文~~
