Hotels.com 旅客於 2012年04月15日留下評價酒店職員很有禮貌,我們第一天到達時, 大堂職員即告訴了我們如何狂布拉格, 拿著一張職員給我地圖,她會慢慢告訴你由酒店開始如何步行至那些有名的地方, 所以有2天我們都沒有乘過任何交通工具. 而酒店大堂有FREE WIFI供應,向職員問一問就會給你LOGIN NAME及PASSWORD了, 非常方便. 酒店外也有很近的一間超市, 買水買啤酒買紅酒及日用品都很方便. 不過,房間內是沒有煲熱水壺的,可能要問職員才會給你, 不過我試過問了之後, 他們說十分鐘會給你但等了半小時卻只給了一壺普通的熱水, 用完也懶得再問他們再拿了. 但整體而言, 酒店也是可以推薦的.

"Four Seasons Prague"
由 "Hong Kong" 的 Liang 於 2011年07月21日留下評價We have a wonderful stay at Four Seasons Prague last week. Their staff was already waiting for us at the airport when we arrived and the limousine ride to the hotel was relaxing. What surprised us more was the hotel has upgraded us to a beautiful room at the Renaissance Building with a chocolate cake waiting for our anniversary celebration. The Conciege was efficient and have arranged for us a window-side table at the Allegro on our anniversary evening and believe me, this is the best table at Allegro with a stunning veiw of the Charles Bridge & Prague Castle. All the staff are friendly and helpful, and we think the Allegro is the best restaurant at Prague for breakfast, lunch and dinner and we couldn't help going back again and again. The room is clean and the house-keeper has done a wonderful job. Everything is super at the Four Seasons Prague and we would like to thank all the staff there to give us a wonderful memory of our anniverary at the most romantic city in the world. For sure we will come back again!
