  Very good location. Room is slightly small, it's ok for 1 person but not enough for 2 travellers.

  Hotel is very crowded all day long. overall service is acceptable. May be it was the Christmas period we were there, out of four nights we were there, the room was only cleaned one time. The other days, we only exchange clean towels.

  Great Location! Intersection of 3 Subway Lines. Next to Lincoln Center, Few Blocks to Central Park, Times Warner Center, Columbus Circle & etc.. We stayed Empire Hotel during Thanksgiving period, just a block to watch the thankgiving parade path! Clean room, however, the room is too small for us to open our luggages. Overall, we enjoyed the stay at Empire Hotel.

  Overall, I think this hotel is good. Excellent location, close to subway (5 mins walk), not far away from broadway theaters (15-20 mins walk), close to many fast food restaurants. In terms of services, it is good (e.g. I want some drinking hot water during my stay. Since they don't provide any kettle in the room, I asked help from reception and they provide me a coffee maker. Finally I made my hot water by the coffee maker.) however, the room is small, I can JUST open my suitcase in the room (28 inch tall).

  generally is ok ,the location is quite convenient . But last day when we check out ,it takes quite long time I have never ever experienced before in other hotel . Seems hotel is under staffed to handle check in & check out customer since there's only one reception there , we lined up there waiting for the check in customer negotiating room upgrade, need arrange same flloor , king size,etc. we are hurry for catch the flight ,but seems the reception don't have the sence to control the whole situation ,just keep talking ,and let us waiting there ,so I ask my husband get our luggage on car first out of hotel ,even after my husband return back ,they still not finish check in process, only I want to say is : this is not a happy ending in this hotel .

  Overall, the hotel is a nice place to stay and the staff are friendly. The location is great as it is near the metro statiion and there are many places nearby for dining. But it would be better if a mini fridge is provided in the room.
