  The hotel is small, but very nice, and it has a very old-fashioned elevator. It has been a pleasant stay for me and it is beyond my expectation given the price they charge. If I try to find some disadvantages about the hotel, I would say that two common bathrooms on one floor (at least for the floor I stayed) might be potentially an issue if the floor was crowded. It was not an issue for me since I stayed there for one night during Thanksgiving and there were not a lot of people staying in the hotel. One other thing about the hotel is that although it was very clean, it only had a shower+bathtub but not a water-tap. There was a water-tap with sink in each room though. It is nice that you don't have to go to the bathroom to brush your teeth for example, but it is a bit awkward if you cannot wash your hands after using the toilet. Meanwhile, the sound-proof quality is a little bit poor. But overall, it is still a very nice low-price hotel in a very convenient location for tourists.

  I have stayed in this hotel 3 years ago the location is very nice it's just a few minutes to the Empire building and the boardway downtown area, the price is great as well

  For Chinese, this hotel is a good choice as it is strategically located in the China town area where one can buy all necessary stuff and dine Chinese meals easily. Moreover, it is near subway station which connects to major attractions in New York City.
