  這是我第一次到蘇梅島入住的酒店，服務員都會主動幫忙！而酒店裡的泳池旁，便是沙灘，景觀超讚！

  酒店的環境真的很寧靜,完全不像曼谷般那麼嘈吵,價錢也相當合理,唯一自助早餐選擇比較少,若有改善會更佳

  closes to everything. you can get anything after walk out from hotel. the garden looked nice and natural. the design of rooms is good. but the shower room and washroom looked a bit old, felt quite dirty because of the bricks on the floor. but everything was quite nice. breakfast was just ok, nothing special and boring. staff are very very nice and helpful. prepared breakfast for us in the morning before we went snorkeling! and staff called taxi and kept the luggage after we checked out for us. i love their service!

  staying at the hotel for 3 nights, room is large, may be because of low season, they have arrange a room which is just next to the pool, really NICE. before the trip, i have read some bad comment about the hotel, so have a little bit worry about my stay. Fortunately, the problem actually is not a big deal, only the swimming pool do need to be renovate as its get hurt easily. trip is planned at teh end of May, so a very low season in Koh Samui, not much people in the hotel and on the beach too, so i can have more spacious for relax . GOOD! Location is next to Bophut beach and it takes 20 mins. drive to Chaweng, its acceptable and at night time, you can just walk along the beach and look for a dinner place on the beach, great!!!

  The hotel is located in a very pleasant environment. Though it is just next to the highway with quite a lot of traffic there is a totally different environment once we enter the hotel. Our eyes were caught by the panoramic ocean view right at the hotel lobby. Me and my fiancé just couldn’t sit still to do the check-in but walking around to enjoy the paradise. The welcome drink served by the hotel staff is so refreshing. After we’d enjoyed the drink, our room was ready. Leading by the hotel staff to our room, we were impressed by the environment inside the hotel! There are lots of trees, plants around. The air is so good!! After a short while, the building in front of us stunned us. We were at a Jacuzzi suite. When the staff opened the door, there is a garden with a Jacuzzi!!! Inside the suite, a king-sized bed is placed in the middle! There is also a closet which can contain all the clothes we brought (including 4 sets of wedding dresses and one set of tuxedo cos we did our pre-wedding photo shoot in Koh Samui). After living in the Jacuzzi suite for two nights, we moved to the pool villa. Well, I think I can’t find a word to describe how good the villa pool is. I strongly recommend everybody to give it a try to stay at least a night in the pool villa. You just can’t resist staying longer!!! We tried the Thai massage and body scrub in the Sarann. Yes! If you don’t want to look for other places to do massage in Koh Samui, you should definitely try it out. Everything’s so good in the Sarann but there are still rooms for improvement. The buffet breakfast is just so-so and not many choices of food. I like the instant-cooked eggs though. Also, the hot water supply for bathing is not consistent. If the hotel can make improvement on this, I can’t find any word to describe the perfection then!
