  The room is big and comfortable, and staff are very friendly. The kitchen inside the room is extremely helpful for my stay during ramadan. Good value for the money. Highly recommend!

  It is good only some staffs in front desk is not so friendly. But others especially the house keeping is wonderful. Regarding the upgrade to VIP lounge, it is not as good as other hotel - no matter the enivonment or food.

  Generally is ok. Staff are nice and helpful. But two things not very good. First is I found a cockroach on the floor besides the bed when I check-in the room. Second is at night time, the pub located on the ground floor makes loud music that you can't sleep well because of the noise. I was on 9th floor.
