"The front dest staff are not so friendly"
I did reserve two rooms via Hotel.com. But the front desk staff claimed that I did reserve other room via other agent. I.e. totally three rooms. Frankly, I am ok to take all three as they claimed that I did prepaid already. However, I insisted to take two rooms which I did reserve and pay for. So odd the hotel staffs were not like honest customer and did blame to me. Luckily, my colleagues in Moscow help me to explain that HK customer are very puncture and not that greedy. FUNNY EXPERIENCE!!! Anyway, the hotel location is great and worth for the money
